More Graduation - Outside the Box!

As you know, I had Jessica's card all finished, sealed, stamped, ready to go, and then.....I saw these adorable Box Cards and just had to try one (or more - since Garon graduates from college next month too).  These aren't really as difficult as I expected.  There are a number of good tutorials available on the web.  These are created with a combination of stamps and digi images.  The inspiration came from Laura Lipe who has an adorable one on her Pinterest page.  Thanks everybody for your assistance and encouragement! 

Graduation Time

Our beloved granddaughter, Jessica, graduates from High School this year.  We had planned on traveling back to Michigan, but will have to send a card instead of us. It doesn't show well in the scan, but there are three layers of the graduation girl, affixed using dimensionals, so that there is real depth to this card.  The entire card was created using an assortment of digi images.  We wish you all the best Jessie.

  

One last graduation card

I got my cards all boxed up and ready to go and then, as usual, found a few stragglers hiding fom me.  The four in the left corner are just simple circles and stars punched and matched to verses.  The Daisy Congrats above is my pride and joy.  I used the Congrats embossing folder, then started running the SU 3 part Daisy Die through my big shot.  There are a total of 6 flowers on each card, with just faint curvature of the petals.  A pearlescent 'candy dot' was used for the center.  I did the verses on the computer on a vellum insert.  The whole thing looks very classy and elegant.  And that...wraps up the graduation cards.  If any more show up, it's just too darn bad.  I'm ready for other stamping for awhile.

GRADUATION CARDS.....

Yes, yes, yes - I am shouting.  I am D-O-N-E!  Well, am quitting at least, so that makes me 'done' doesn't it?  My daughter & daughter-in-law each asked for 20-40 graduation cards, so that is pretty much what I have been working on over the past few months.  Am putting 4 to an image, so you don't get sick to death of seeing them.  This is not the complete collection, but includes the majority of designs.  I made 2 alike (or similar) and tried to do 4 similar, to cut down on the number of designs I had to come up with.  Most are CASED,  a few totally my own.  I'm anxious to wrap them up for delivery and get back to more fun stamping.
