This is another one we made at Card Club and it is a real beauty. I'm actually going to try mailing this one, maybe with a layer of foam over it and in a bubble wrap envelope as the flowers are raised up quite high. Don't have the supplies to CASE this one, but sure do love it.

Pictogram Fancy Fold
Got a great card from my friend Jean. It has a 1" fold piece at the bottom front, sort of looks like a stair step when the card is standing up. So I had to try it, and will Demo it for the August stamp club meeting.
Cut a piece of white 4 ¼ x 5 ½ and emboss. I used Medallions EF. Cut off 1” strip. Attach
the large piece to the card front and the 1” piece to the front fold on bottom
of card.
Make Die Cut ovals as follow:
White – 1 ½ x 2, and 2 ½ x 3 ¼.
DSP – 1 ¾ x 2
¼ , and 2 ¾ x 3 5/8 .
TIP: Measure your card against the envelope BEFORE you
adhere the larger oval, to be sure it will fit into the envelope.
Cut piece of DSP 5 x 6 to make envelope. Lay it into your envy to see where to
cut. Glue in place.

Hello there
This has to be one of my favorite cards (I admit, I have many favorites). I scanned the paper and made the pattern just a bit smaller in order to make matching envelope liners - fun... Instead of dimensionals, I used Fun Foam to raise the layer and made sure the Oval cutout was raised. I liked working with the fun foam. I used my tape runner combined with a drop of glue here and there for best adhesion. Caroline taught this card at Club last month, so I borrowed the Hello There set from her and made a bunch of these. I'll use some for friends, some to include in card gift packets, and donate some to the church for their use. Thanks Caroline. I used the Leaf sizzlet, along with the Petite Petal Punch and corresponding ink shades. Each flower is finished with a 'gem'. The paper pattern is carried into the inside piece, as well as a flower on the back where the 'logo' would go. Enjoy

Open Seas, Club Card
Here's another card we made at our card club. Caroline taught this beauty. It is SU Open Seas, and done in Red, White and Blue, so I am using it for a 4th of July birthday card. She stamped the 'log' softly in the background and then over-stamped the globe and anchors. The Compass and Anchor were stamped and cut out and attached using red & white twine. The Ship layer is raised with dimensionals and set off with the Color Dots. An anchor on the inside completes the theme. Nice job Caroline, thanks so much

Grandson Garrett is turning 16
I had way too much fun with this card, getting ready for this very special birthday. Used Cloud paper, Digital Images, Die Cut Grass at roadside, and chalk marker for center line on road. Note the car keys in his hand.
