Another Clear Dollar Stamp creations...

How fun to create a scene using these cute little stamps. I stamped and masked the deer and stamped him a second time. Stamped the mailbox and added the bird on top. Colored everything with my Chalk Pencils then went over them with my VersaMarker and dipped it into Detail Clear Powder. Heat set, and continue with the scene. Added the trees and then sponged in a clouded sky using SU Soft Sky pad. Added the Clear Dollar snowflakes from the set. Put glitter (doesn't show in the scan) on the snowy ground and on the snowflakes in the sky. Used the SU oval punches to punch out pieces for the saying. The whole thing was layered onto Burgandy and then onto a piece from a Winter Mat Pack from Michaels. This adorable little set was Clear Dollar Stamps stgamp of the month for November, free with my order.

Baroque Motifs

This is one of those all time favorite, versatile sets. I embossed Gold EP onto Gold card stock, then embossed the small white flowers. Add small half-pearls and you are done. An elegant creation, quick and easy.

CDS - Nutty 'Bout You

What fun I'm having with this Clear Dollar Stamps set. This post includes the envelope, the inside, and then the outside (alas I couldn't figure out how to change the order of the pictures, or to rotate the envelope). This is done using the Scrunch & Cling technique, with Walnut Ink, for the tree and the background piece. I stamped everything with Stazon. The Tree, Limb, Squirrel and Peanuts on the outside of the card are all cutout and put on (without being popped up). I think this will make a cute, non-traditional, Valentine.

Yvonne Albritton Designs

Yvonne Albritton Designs out of Renton WA creates some great stamps and she sells them with full color printout suggestions. This sporty fella was stamped onto generic white using Stazon. He was colored with my SU markers and highlighted with Crystal Effects. I sponged Barely Banana and a touch of Summer Sun around him then layered him onto some neat wall paper that I had laying around. Need to do a couple more of these because I have several grandsons.

Inspired by Nature II

This is the same card except that the sky is brayered Bashful Blue and then sponged with Baja Breeze.

Inspired By Nature

This fun card was created by brayering the sky with Barely Banana. I masked for the sun and sponged a little Apricot and Summer Sun onto the sun. Reversed the mask and sponged a little More Mustard onto the Sky. I created 'mountains' by tearing a post-it note and laying it down to brayer Chocolate Chip onto the card. I moved the post-it and brayered again, creating a little 'depth' to the scene. I stamped Inspired by Nature in Chocolate Chip and used the Su punch to create the cattails. Layer onto Brown and onto Vanilla and it's done.
Paper: Generic white, brown and vanilla
Ink: Barely Banana, Apricot, Summer Sun, More Mustard, Chocolate Cip
Accessories: Post-It, Punch

Bird Call Folder

This is the Bird Call Cuttlebug Folder done on a generic brown paper. DTP Brown Ink used gently over the top. Punch out cattails and glue on. Darken bird with Sharpie.

Last of Winter Birds

This Inkadinkadoo Winter Bird was done by sponging (I haven't mastered brayering yet) Barely Banana & Apricot on the moon, Soft sky and Not quite navy in the sky, Baja Breeze and Not quite Navy in the water. The bird was stamped in Not Quite Navy. That left too much blank space so I took tendrils of the bird stamp for the corners.

Inkadinkadoo Birds Galore

These are 4 variations of Inkadinkadoo Birds Galore. One is two different pieces cut apart to create another variation and done in black and white. The second one is placed on Wallpaper background paper and uses the Nestie ovals. #3 uses the Cuttlebug Dotted Swiss edge folder (not the full folder) around a Brilliance Med. Blue bird. Lastly is SU Pomegranite with Black Stazon on SU Top Note die. Aquapainter picked up ink from pad to color in around bird and leaves.

Next Year (09) Christmas Card

I found next years Christmas card - love this combination. This is Inkadinkadoo Winter Birds, stamped onto generic white, using Black Detail EP. The saying was also Inkadinkadoo, but was cut apart from a larger stamp. The two back white layers were run through the Big Shot using the Cuttlebug Snowflake Folder.

More Winter Birds

Disregard the splotchy saying at the top of the card - that was added as an experiment after the card was finished.... This is done on Burgandy paper run through Big Shot with the Snowflake folder, using Detail white EP. Elegant.

TAC Perky Penguins

Both cards are created using TAC Perky Penguins along with an assortment of Scenescape stamps to create background. Sky is chalked in softy. Penguin is cut and popped up. His hat cuff and pompom are glittered, the hat, scarf and tree have Crystal Effects. Sorry that I cut off the bottom of the SU Top Note die card in the scanner. Paper is generic red and white. Ink is Stazon Black and Marvy Pine Green.

I've been having fun.....

These two cards are done using Inkadinkadoo Winter Birds. Both are using generic navy and white papers, and Nestie ovals on the Big Shot. The top one is a gate fold that sits on a Snow cuttlebugged paper. The bottom one has one half stamped with SU Baroque Motifs. Both cards use SU Not Quite Navy Ink.
